has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 2, strike lines 19 through 21 and insert in lieu thereof:

 

     "SECTION 2. The amendment proposed by this resolution shall be submitted to the people for their approval or rejection at the next general election or at any special election prior to that date that may be called for that purpose.".,

 

 

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
